BI.Design ("BI.Design", "We", or "Platform") is a technology company that develops and provides digital solutions for data professionals, including Business Intelligence dashboard prototyping and design tools featuring an infinite canvas, a BI component library, a collaborative template repository, and professional export capabilities (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how BI.Design handles personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable regulations. We are committed to using collected data solely for the purposes described in this Policy.

Your data is used for account operation, service delivery and improvement, payment processing, technical support, and aggregated usage analytics. Private projects are never accessed by BI.Design staff except upon your explicit support request or as required by law.

Templates you voluntarily publish to the public Repository are visible to other Platform Users, as is inherent to that feature.

We use cookies solely to enable Platform functionality, maintain authenticated sessions, and collect aggregated usage metrics. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect Platform features.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with trusted technology partners (infrastructure, payments, analytics) bound by confidentiality agreements, or when required by legal mandate or court order.
